Located in NYC, Imagine Works offers a variety of classes & performance opportunities year round for tweens & teens!

CAMP IMAGINE 2024

It's our favorite time of year at The Players Theatre!

 

Camp Imagine is a performance intensive camp for kids 8-11 and teens ages 12-17. Our students focus on the fundamental skills in voice, drama and dance, including audition technique, on-camera commercials, improvisation, stage combat, hip hop, jazz, tap, and more! In the afternoons, we rehearse for our two main stage productions.

 

We're excited to announce that Section 1 will be performing "Willy Wonka  KIDS" and Section 2 will be performing "The Addams Family."

 

Camp Imagine is great for both experienced and new performers. Our class sizes are small so that every camper receives one-on-one attention from instructors. Campers are placed in groups of 10 for classes according to their age to allow kids to learn at their own level.

 

Camp Imagine runs from June 27th-July 19th 9am-3:30pm, with performances on July 20th and July 21st. No camp on July 4th or 5th.

PRIVATE VOICE, ACTING & DANCE LESSONS

Imagine Works offers private lessons in all areas, including audition preparation and helping with the middle & high school, and college audition process.

Lessons are-

Virtual on Zoom $50/hour or $35/half hour 

In Person at The Players Theatre or Your Home $80/hour

*CANCELLATION POLICY*

If a cancellation must be made, please email or call us prior to 2 weeks of the first day of class/camp for a full refund. Please understand that if a cancellation is made with less than 2 weeks notice, no refund will be given since it will be difficult to fill that vacant spot.

*2 MISS POLICY*

We understand students get sick, go on vacation, or have family obligations. However, due to the intensive collaborative nature of our program, students enrolled in our performance workshops or summer camps cannot miss more than 2 day of rehearsals. Notice must be given in advance of rehearsal if a student will be missing that day.

*COVID-19 PROCEDURES*

All of us at IWYT are dedicated to keeping our students & instructors safe. Since we operate in a professional entertainment venue, we must follow all NYC guidelines and mandates. For all in-person classes & rehearsals, masks & vaccinations are fully optional. In the event that this changes, we will let all registered students know.
